• Embellishments
  Stickers, ribbons, brads and more. These can add texture and interest to your cards. Remember that cards are small, so one or two elements should be all you need.

If you're ready to get started, here are some scrapbooking card ideas you can use to make your own cards. These cards can be as unique as you are. Don't be afraid to get creative and change some of elements on the cards below to fit your style and personality.

Materials

• Orange polka dot card stock
• Pink polka dot paper
• Blue flower print paper
• Celebrate sticker

1. Cut orange polka dot card stock to measure 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”. Fold in half to create a 5/12 x 4-1/4” card.
2. Cut Pink polka dot paper and blue flower print paper to measure 5-1/4” x 4”, adhere pink polka dot paper to card.
3. Tear blue flower print paper along both 5-1/4” edges so paper measures 5-1/4” x 3” (approx). Adhere to card, centering vertically.
4. Attach flower sticker and “Celebrate” sticker to card.Finished size 5-1/2” x 4-1/4”

   Materials

   • Cream card stock
   • Green striped paper
   • Pink plaid paper
   • Chipboard flower sticker
   • Square Shape Maker (Creative Memories)
   • Friendship Micro Maker (Creative Memories)

   Instructions

   1. Cut cream card stock to measure 8-1/2” x 4-1/4”. Fold in half to create a 4-1/4” x 4-1/4” card.
   2. Cut green striped paper to measure 3-3/4” x 3-3/4”, adhere to card.
   3. Cut strip of pink plaid paper to measure 4-1/4” x 1/2”, adhere across card 3/4” from top. Attach chipboard flower sticker to right side of strip.
   4. Using the square Shape Maker punch a square out of the pink plaid paper using a 1-1/2” square. Punch a square out of the green stripe paper using the 1-1/4” square. Adhere the green stripe square to the pink plaid square.
   5. Using the Friendship Micro Maker punch a heart out of the pink plaid paper. Adhere the pink plaid heart to the green plaid square. Adhere the squares with the heart to the lower left corner of the card.
